Every feature has a reason. None of them involve social feeds, leaderboards, or calorie estimates.
Log every set, rep, and weight in seconds. Work sets, warmups, and drop sets — all tracked separately with clear visual labels.
Build routines for each session — Push, Pull, Legs, Upper, whatever split works for you. Activate them for the week, archive the rest.
See your max weight per exercise over time. Spot exactly when you broke a personal record — and when you've stopped improving.
Configurable from 60 seconds to 4 minutes. Starts automatically after each logged set. Haptic alert when the rest is over — no need to stare at your screen.
Set how many sessions you want to hit per week. A seven-dot view shows exactly where you stand — at a glance, every day.
Glanceable widgets that show your weekly progress right on your home screen. They update automatically after every workout, no app launch required.
Choose your goal once. RepGain calibrates default rep ranges and rest times around it — automatically.
For lifters chasing maximum force output. Heavy loads, full recovery between sets.
The optimal range for muscle growth. Moderate loads, controlled metabolic fatigue.
High volume, shorter rest. Builds the capacity to sustain effort over long sets and sessions.
No complicated setup. No mandatory onboarding. Open the app and start logging.
Pick Strength, Hypertrophy, or Endurance. RepGain sets your default rep ranges and rest timer based on that goal — you can override either at any time.
Create templates for each day — Push, Pull, Legs, or any structure you follow. Add exercises from 100+ built-in movements or create your own.
Start a session from your template. Log each set, let the rest timer run, and check your progress charts after each block to see what's moving and what needs attention.
RepGain Pro adds a layer of intelligence on top of your raw data — so your training actually responds to what the numbers say.
Get suggested rep targets based on your training goal and what you've been hitting historically.
RepGain flags exercises where your max weight hasn't improved in several sessions — so you know exactly what to address.
A clear snapshot after every session: total volume, personal records hit, and which lifts improved since last time.
No caps on how many routines you can build or movements you can add to the library.
